David Person

David Person is the owner of DavidPersonMedia, LLC. Since 1986, he has been working as a broadcaster, journalist, documentary director, and media consultant. His work has been featured on NPR, Tom Joyner’s BlackAmericaWeb website and public radio stations across the nation. David writes columns for USA TODAY and for the Ministry Matters website. He also writes news features for Message Magazine. In 2013, he was a Marguerite Casey Foundation Journalism Fellow. As a consultant, David’s client list includes Phoenix; the Institute for Intellectual Property and Social Justice; IBHA; Enroll Alabama; Rain International; Clemson University; Oakwood University; and the University of Alabama in Huntsville. David has other media projects in development and is a proud alumnus of Oakwood University.
