David Doggette

David M. Doggette is a founder and partner at 2HB Incorporated, a Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) concerned with providing Cloud and IT services to the Intelligence Community (IC). He has served in this role since 1994, providing strategic direction for the company and leadership to the senior management team. David has extensive experience in both software and systems engineering, which he often utilizes contractually for 2HB’s clients. David lives by the philosophy that you treat others how you wish to be treated, and all encounters should have a positive impact on others. 2HB was founded on Christian values, donates a minimum of 10% of Net Profits to charity every year, and stands by the core values of Respect, Integrity, Service, and Excellence (RISE). 2HB has been recognized in print and television by notable organizations such as Forbes Magazine, which recognized our unique and memorable employee benefits and MSNBC in conjunction with the INC 500/5000 awards. David is married to the former Kimberly Morrison and they have two children, Lindsey and Mason. He lives in Columbia, MD, and enjoys basketball, golf, softball, skiing, traveling, church, and gospel music.
