“As for me, I will behold thy face in righteousness: I shall be satisfied, when I awake, with thy likeness” (Psalm 17:15).
Satisfaction guaranteed!
Before we begin, let me share one more verse with you for context: “He shall see of the travail of his soul, and shall be satisfied: By his knowledge shall my righteous servant justify many; For he shall bear their iniquities” (Isaiah 53:11).
Do you want to ensure you get what you want and God does too? Cooperate. Give Him your heart and create an eternal win-win scenario.
Now, for the good stuff: God is nearing the conclusion of His perfect plan to foil the devils and amaze holy angels through the plan of salvation. Everybody who embraces Jesus Christ and His full ministry to sinners poised for salvation from sin will become the crown jewels of heaven.
Masterful Makeovers
Regular people like you and me are accepting the righteousness of Christ daily for the power to overcome every besetting sin. Whores are becoming virtuous. Murderers are becoming peacemakers. Liars are becoming evangelists. Thieves are becoming holy philanthropists. Proud people are becoming humble helpers. Selfish people are becoming selfless. Narcissistic people are becoming the biggest cheerleaders for Christ. In these dear ones, YHWH has instilled His Holy Spirit for the purpose of saving them, and others, through their example.
Do you feel hopelessly lost right now? Exchange your hopelessness for satisfaction.
Here are several verses to show how: “Because it is written, Be ye holy; for I am holy. And if ye call on the Father, who without respect of persons judgeth according to every man’s work, pass the time of your sojourning here in fear: Forasmuch as ye know that ye were not redeemed with corruptible things, as silver and gold, from your vain conversation received by tradition from your fathers; But with the precious blood of Christ, as of a lamb without blemish and without spot: Who verily was foreordained before the foundation of the world, but was manifest in these last times for you, Who by him do believe in God, that raised him up from the dead, and gave him glory; that your faith and hope might be in God. Seeing ye have purified your souls in obeying the truth through the Spirit unto unfeigned love of the brethren, see that ye love one another with a pure heart fervently: Being born again, not of corruptible seed, but of incorruptible, by the word of God, which liveth and abideth for ever” (1 Peter 1:16–23).
Full cooperation with God gives Him and you the satisfaction of living eternally with God so Jesus’ sacrifice, for you, was not in vain.
