Barry C. Black, Ph.D

Barry C. Black is the 62nd Chaplain of the United States Senate. He is the first African American and the first Seventh-day Adventist in the post that ministers to the members of the senate and their families. He retired as a rear admiral and former Navy Chief of Chaplains in 2003.
